Guest Chef: Mark Stinchcombe
MasterChef Winner Mark Stinchcombe will be coming to Brighton & Hove with a one-off guest chef evening at etch. on Tuesday 24 July 2018.
Head chef of Eckington Manor, Worcestershire. Mark will be showcasing his unique style offering a one-off 7-course tasting menu for just £60. A wine pairing will also be available matched by etch. Restaurant Manager & Sommelier Sam Weatherill for £50.
Mark became a household name when he won MasterChef: The Professionals 2015, he has had an equally illustrious career including working at Driftwood, the Fat Duck and Lucknam Park. He has also won Young National Chef of the Year and the Academy of Culinary Arts.
In 2015 Mark & his wife Sue joined the 5-star Eckington Manor as joint head chefs and have been using the hotel's farm and allotment to create ultra-seasonal dishes.
