From local Newhaven, East Sussex, MCB Seafood sources fresh seafood, fish and shellfish of all types. They also buy from local fishermen & sell their seafood all over the world - fresh, dried, smoked & preserved, as well as appear on menus of local restaurants and pubs.


Barfield’s Butcher's in Brighton sources the finest, free range naturally reared meat from Sussex and nearby counties. They work with small farms who place animal welfare in the heart of what they do, which means that they guarantee: where your meat comes from, only the finest cuts make it onto your plate.


Since 2002, Lenard’s of Covent Garden have sourced their products from a range of UK based produce farms, this way quality is assured with a lighter carbon footprint. Their produce is outsourced to the finest restaurants and to a continuously growing customer base.


Located in Portslade, East Sussex, The Cheeseman are specialists in supplying high quality cheeses from the United Kingdom and the continent. There are over 300 cheeses from around 15 countries and growing, by finding local, organic and vegetarian cheeses. As well as cheeses, they offer charcuterie and other delicacies.


Award Winning Artisan British Charcuterie, made in north Chailey, East Sussex is made from Mangalitza Pork, a heritage rare breed pig. Their quality air dried meats and salamis are sold to the trade in top restaurants in Sussex and London as well as farm shops and food retail outlets.

The Hoffmann & Rathbone’s approach to winemaking is modern but minimalistic. They create their own base wines by carefully sourcing and hand-picking only the ripest grapes. They carefully source and nurture the relationship with growers, just as they lovingly nurture and harvest the ripest and best grapes grown in the beautiful South East English countryside.


With no factory production lines, Brighton Gin is made with: a 100% Organic wheat spirit; re-distilled with juniper, fresh orange and lime peel; and locally-grown coriander seed and milk thistle, which is indigenous to the South Downs. Each bottle is filled by hand, with sticking on each label to wax sealing themselves, reducing their carbon footprint one step at a time.
