Dietary Requirements & Allergies When making your booking, please let us know about any dietary requirements or allergies so we can tailor a bespoke tasting menu for you or your guests. Due to the nature and length of our tasting menus, we are unable to cater for limited diets, fully vegan, or dairy/lactose-free requirements. If you're unsure whether we can accommodate a particular dietary need or allergy, please contact the restaurant directly so we can understand your requirements in more detail. We will always do our best to help. Please note that dietary requests and allergies cannot be guaranteed without prior arrangement. While we take every reasonable precaution to avoid the unintentional presence of allergens, we cannot guarantee that our dishes are 100% free from the following allergens due to possible cross-contamination: celery, gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, soya, and sulphur dioxide.

Booking Availability If your preferred time slot isn’t available, please contact our team directly and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Please note, the largest table we can accommodate in the main restaurant is for 6 guests. For groups of 5–8 looking for a more private experience, we recommend booking the etch. private dining room. Deposits We take a non-refundable deposit of £25 per person for all reservations to help protect against no-shows and short-notice cancellations. This amount will be deducted from your final bill in the restaurant. We use SevenRooms as our reservation system, as it offers a secure and seamless way for guests to make bookings and pay deposits in advance. Guests can amend their own reservations via the SevenRooms platform up to 7 days before their booking. For changes within 7 days, please contact the restaurant directly. We kindly request a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for all cancellations. In such cases, your deposit can be transferred to a future reservation. For cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. We appreciate your understanding—these measures are in place due to the impact of last-minute changes and the associated costs to our business.
