etch. is the flagship restaurant of MasterChef: The Professionals winner Steven Edwards, located on Church Road in Brighton & Hove.

Housed in a former bank, etch. combines a contemporary design with an open kitchen, allowing guests to watch the chefs create and serve each dish.

Recommended by the Michelin Guide, the restaurant’s philosophy is to celebrate local and British produce through seasonal tasting menus that evolve throughout the year.
