etch. is the flagship restaurant of MasterChef: The Professionals winner Steven Edwards, located on Church Road in Brighton & Hove. Housed in a former bank, the restaurant features a sleek, modern design with views of an open kitchen where the chefs both cook and serve each dish.

Open from Tuesday to Saturday for dinner and Thursday to Saturday for lunch, etch. celebrates the very best of local and British produce through seasonal tasting menus that evolve every couple of months.
